• For requests to know specific pieces of personal information, we will verify identity to a reasonably high degree by matching at least three data points provided by you with reliable data points in our possession. Additionally, a signed declaration under penalty of perjury is required, confirming that the requester is either the individual whose information is the subject of the request or their authorized representative. Signed declarations will be retained as part of our records.
• For requests to correct or delete personal information, we will verify identity to a reasonable or reasonably high degree, depending on the sensitivity of the personal information and the risk of harm associated with unauthorized deletion. Our determination of the appropriate standard will be made in good faith.
