Shipping time

We are doing your order through a process so that you can have your product at your appointed address. Our schedule for processing your order is as below:

Standard Shipping

  • Processing Time: 4 – 6 business days
  • Transit Time: 10 – 15 business days after processing time.
  • Total delivery time you receive your product = Processing Time + Transit Time = 14 – 21 business days
  • Order cutoff time: 22:00 – (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

Express Shipping

  • Processing Time: 3 – 5 business days
  • Transit Time: 07 – 10 business days after processing time.
  • Total delivery time you receive your product = Processing Time + Transit Time = 10 – 15 business days
  • Order cutoff time: 22:00 – (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Warehouse Address: 1985 Del Amo Blvd, Torrance, California (CA) 90501, United States.

Our currently available shipping methods are Standard Shipping, under our chosen service by USPS, Yun Express or Fedex. We do shipping from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Our warehouse directly utilizes the services of Planet Express, a logistics provider with multiple warehouses in the US and UK, facilitating storage and international shipping.

We will confirm the situation and update to customer immediately in case that estimated delivery time is extended by some certain situations, such as:

  • Strikes
  • Weather disaster
  • Season (e.g. holidays)
  • Transport accident

Shipping fee

  • Standard shipping fee: $6.99
  • Free shipping on orders which total amount of purchase over $150, after applying promotion code (if any).
  • Express Shipping: $30.09*[qty]

For markets outside the United States, when making purchases, we will update the shipping fees on the Checkout page. Customers are kindly requested to review the shipping fee information here to accurately determine the shipping charges for each of their orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Customer is responsible for delivery information input when checking out the order. We can NOT hold any responsible for loss or damage of package, or extra costs caused by wrongly delivery address input.

Please make sure that any information for delivery such as address, phone number and email is entered correctly. You also have a timeframe to cancel your order and replace it with a new one as our Return policy and Refund policy in case you found that your information is wrongly input.

Taxes and other charges

We do not collect shipping tax and other taxes or charges when you make a purchase. Everything you have to check when paying is your products price and flat shipping fee of $6.99.

Working Days

We work from Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 17:00 – (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).

We are off on Saturdays, Sunday and other holidays! However, please send us your email anytime if you need our assist.

How do I track my order?

To check order status, customers can click here, and enter Order ID sent along with order confirmation email and email address you used during checking out. Order ID will be confirmed by email when you placed order successfully.

Please send us an email if you do not receive or lost your Order ID. We happily reconfirm it by email for your convenience.

What if my order goes missing?

If you believe that your order goes missing or out of your tracking, please immediately contact us by sending an email to support@amirugs.comWe will check the status of order and have our official feedback by email. 

Within 2 business days, we will confirm and inform customer about the status of order. If the package is confirmed to be missed, we offer a solution bases on the situation as below:

  • Package lost due to carrier failure: we cover all the cost and refund back 100% amount to customer.
  • Package lost due to wrong delivery information provided by customer: customer is responsible for any loss or damages.
